What is our history?

TBS Solutions was founded in December of 2011, when we realized a significant gap between the knowledge and skills needed by employers and the limited available workforce who meet those qualifications. Consequently, we began a mission to contribute towards closing the skills gap especially in the area of Information Technology. We also discovered a growing organizational need to bridge the gap between business and IT to improve performance and increase productivity. Over the years, TBS Solutions has experienced a lot of growth and stability. We have also expanded our client base to include clients across the United States, United Kingdom and Africa.
